Bulova Online Shopping Information

Orders for timepieces purchased Bulova.com will not be accepted for resale or other commercial use, and may only be shipped for delivery within the U.S. (including Alaska, Hawaii, and the District of Columbia). We are unable to ship internationally, or to PO Box, APO or FPO addresses.

All products are subject to availability. In the event that we are out of stock, you will be notified by the next business day. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; to supply only part of an order; or to divide an order into multiple shipments to expedite delivery. We also reserve the right to change the terms or duration of any special offers or sales promotions.

Limited Editions

Due to their limited nature, requests for specific numbered editions cannot be accommodated.

Bulova.com accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

Bulova.com only accepts credit or debit cards issued in the United States. Upon online approval of your credit card, your order will be processed and your credit card will be charged. All taxes, if any, due on your online transaction will be charged as required by applicable laws. All taxes are calculated and included in the final price on the Billing Page.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery dates are displayed on each product page. While we aim to process and ship your package as quickly as possible, please allow up to 2 business days* for your order to be processed. Orders placed after 2 PM ET on Friday will begin processing on Monday. Holiday orders will be processed the next business day.

* Orders with bracelet sizing requested require up to 2 additional business days for processing, prior to shipping, as sizing is handled on demand by our expert technicians. Our complimentary bracelet sizing service is exclusive to orders placed directly on Bulova.com.

All orders ship via UPS 2-Day service, free or charge, after processing. If you wish to expedite your order, the charge for UPS Overnight shipping is available for a $30 fee. We do not offer Saturday delivery at this time. All orders over $850 will ship signature required.

Tracking

As soon as your purchase ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, if there is a discrepancy in your order, or if you encounter any problems with your watch, please Contact Us.

Cancellations

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee any changes.
